Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Cost
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Shipping Partner(s)
TrailersPlus ships most orders via FedEx. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nampa, ID. We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated online during the checkout process.
Changes To Orders
Customers may make changes to your order, provided that the order has not yet been processed. If items have been processed no changes can be made to the order and our normal return policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order prior to processing, please contact our sales office during our normal business hours (M-F 8am-5PM MST). Provided your order has not yet been processed, there is no fee to cancel an order. If items have been processed then our normal returns policy will apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in new condition.
Estimated Shipping Date
TrailersPlus makes every effort to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours (Monday thru Friday). FedEx Regular and Expedited deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Please allow for appropriate FedEx service delivery time to your shipping address from TrailersPlus. Items ordered may not be shipped in the same package or be delivered at the same time.

Expedited orders must be received by 10am MST to ship the same day (Monday thru Friday). Delivery time does not include Saturday & Sunday. Expedited rates will be automatically calculated upon checkout and you may select the shipping option of your choice at that time.
Shipping Restrictions:
- All orders shipped via FedEx must provide a street address.
- Hazardous materials may incur an additional handling charge and may not be shipped by Air.
- Oversize / Overweight items may incur an additional handling charge.
- Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

Returns
Because of the trailer specific nature of our products, returns are not accepted. To request replacement of a defective product please contact our customer service department at 1 (877) 850-7587. Defective Item must be unused and returned with the original packaging.

Reviewing Orders
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
Receipt/Invoice
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to access your acount to view and print invoices.
Credit card charges
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Viewing Orders

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
Change Order
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Order Never Arrived
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service 1 (877) 850-7587 for assistance.

Backorders
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
Updating Account Information
Creating An Account
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Click the button "Create An Account".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our for more information.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
Forgot Password
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Received Wrong Product
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service 1 (877) 850-7587 within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
